– 2 pork tenderloins (they come 2 to a package, note tenderloins and not loins)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 8 tablespoons of Montreal Steak Seasoning
– 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Place tenderloins in a large Ziploc bag and add oil, toss to coat
Add all other ingredients, toss and press into meat
Heat grill to high. If using gas turn on all burners, if using charcoal build a fire on one side of the grill. Close lid and let grill heat for 10 min.
Remove from bag and place the meat on the grill (over the coals if using charcoal). Turn every 2 min to sear all four sides.
Once all sides are seared, turn off on side of your burners and move meat to the cool side. If using charcoal, move to the side without fire. Cook for another 12 – 20 min, turning every 6 min or so.
Do not overcook. You want the pork to have a bit of light pink in the center. If you are using a thermometer it should be around 140.
Remove from heat and tent with foil and let stand for 5 min. Cut into bite sized rounds.
