– 6 small red potatoes
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons salt
– 1 tablespoon Italian Herb Blend
– Salt and Pepper to taste
Cover potatoes in a med sauce pan with water and 2 tablespoons salt (enough water to cover by 2”)
Bring water to a boil and cook for 20 min.
Remove from heat and mash in butter with a fork, add herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
