This dish was inspired by the Magic City Brewfest. I have added a few of my own touches to the original. People request this dish often. It is a surprising combination of textures and flavors.
– 10 corn dogs
– 1 package of angle hair slaw (or thin sliced cabbage)
– 2 bottles of ginger salad dressing
– 3 TBS sesame seeds
– Sriracha hot sauce (aka kick’in chicken)
– Wasabi mustard
Deep fry or bake corn dogs – You want them to be crisp.
Mix slaw and dressing in a bowl
Remove stick from corn dogs and slice into ½” pieces
Lay the pieces on a serving tray and add 1 TBS of slaw on each slice
Dot each piece with the Sriracha and Wasabi mustard
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
