– 1 Dozen Fresh Oysters still in shell
– 2 yard x 2 yard section of burlap from fabric store
Soak burlap in water, it needs to be really wet.
Keep oysters in ice till ready to cook.
Heat grill to medium heat.
Place oysters on grill and cover with folded wet burlap.
Check oysters every 5 min. When the shell opens up they are done. Remove and eat (the shells are HOT)
