Well, we are on the tail end of the season.  It’s amazing how quickly this year has flown by.  We’ve got two home games left.  This week we welcome the Chattanooga Mocs.

This week I’m not going to be at the tailgate house, I’ll be at the Shelby County Tent.  The tent is located in front of Little Hall on the corner of Elm and University – click here for a map. We will have the food fired up and the TV on checking out what’s going on around the SEC.  If you are not already a member, come say hi and hear what the chapter is all about.

I started doing a little research on Chattanooga and found that they are home to the world’s first Coca-Cola Bottler, so it only makes sense to do some Coke based recipes.

• Chicken and Pork Sliders with a Coke BBQ Sauce

I plan on getting over to the tent between 2-3pm and will get the food going soon after.
