The last home tailgate of 2013 is here.  With that we welcome the UT Chattanooga Mocs to Tuscaloosa.  You can bet this much, I will not be serving Mocs in any form or fashion.    Granted their mascot is no longer the water moccasin and has not been since the 20’s.

I will be tailgating on the quad this weekend at the Shelby County Alumni Association Tent (click link for directions).  So if you plan on coming please come see us across from the Quad.

For the early folks we will have the TV setup and watching the Mississippi State / Arkansas game.  After the game we will be watching the LSU / A&M game while we breakdown everything.

As for the food, this marks the second Tennessee team into Tuscaloosa for 2013.  With a 1:00 kickoff I plan on doing lunch and getting it off around 11AM.  As I started looking at Chattanooga I began the think what an impact the river had on the development of the city.  That led me to thinking of catfish.  Since it is an early lunch, I also wanted to work a little breakfast back into the menu.  Here is what I am thinking.

I may change this up a little, but that is the direction I am leaning.

Hope to see you Saturday!  Roll Tide!
