Razorback Beans

– 1 lb breakfast sausage
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 red bell pepper, chopped
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, chopped
– 2 (28-ounce) cans baked beans
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup molasses
– 1 cup BBQ sauce

Add oil to hot Dutch oven
Saute onions and garlic
Add sausage and brown
Drain grease
Add beans and all other ingredients
Place lid on oven and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer for 1 hour.
