2012 Alabama vs Auburn Tailgate

What a crazy, crazy and even crazier weekend last weekend turned out to be. We are back in the driver’s seat, but have lots of football left. I know Auburn is having an off year, but this is The Ironbowl and aptly named for a reason. With that said, I want to welcome Auburn fans to campus and urge Alabama fans to treat them well and have a great time. We certainly plan to do so.

We have a 2:30 kickoff for this game. So, I will be doing lunch. I plan on having food off around 12:30. For this weekend I am going to fire up the grills and do a number of meats and some traditional sides. Here is what I am thinking so far:

• Grilled Mixed Sausages
• Smoked Whole Chickens
• Various Cuts of Beef
• Pork of all Kinds
• Roasted Mixed Vegetables
